Well mine is MGMT and that makes them the 00s Beatles I guess. 
Well other than MGMT, I like the Rolling Stones a lot.

The Stones are very cool... besides the Beatles I think my favorite band is Aerosmith or Daughtry... Mmm. And the 80's are just cool. Too bad a lot of people can't stand the 80's ><

Not everything from the 80s is awesome. A lot of the pop music was over produced and too artificial with all the synthseizers and the fake, electronic drums makes me ill
But a lot of the rock and metal-music is excellent, and many bands from that era enjoys success still. Bands like U2, Mötley Crüe, and Metallica. But all in all; most memories from the 80s are great. Good music, He-man and the Masters of the Universe and Commodore 64
